RESERVATIONS:
Availability calendars can be found on each individual room page. Reservations can be requested by submitting the following form, emailing us, or calling us. Once you submit a reservation request, we will check availability, and if the requested unit is available, we will let you know within 24 hours or less, and payment in full will be required at that time, and a confirmation email will be sent, including contact information for the resort.
Please note the following reservation details:
- All resorts are non-smoking.
- Two-night minimum, check-in can be any day of the week (except for holidays, see below).
- Seven-night minimum for holidays, with check-in on Saturday or Sunday only.
- Reservations are for room only. All-inclusive dining can be purchased through the resort after a reservation has been finalized. As of January 1, 2024 the rates for all inclusive at the resorts are $155 per person per day with alcohol, or $135 per person per day without alcohol. These prices are subject to change without notice. For more details about all-inclusive options and what it includes and doesn’t include, and to purchase all inclusive options, contact the concierge provided in your confirmation email once your reservation has been confirmed.
- Children 12 and older are considered adults.
- All prices are in US Dollars.
- Payments may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (3% additional fee when paying through Paypal).
- All rates listed on this website are the total price.
- The resorts charge a Mexico Government Environment Fee, and a Back of House Employee Gratuity Fee. See our Polices page for the fees charged by the resort.
