Policies

Minimum Nights

Two-night minimum, check-in can be any day of the week.*
*Seven-night minimum for holidays, with check-in on Saturday and Sunday only for holidays.

All Inclusive & Other Add Ons

Reservations are for room only, all-inclusive can be purchased through the resort after a reservation has been finalized. For the cost of an All-Inclusive stay, contact the resort directly.

Smoking

All of our luxury beach resorts are non-smoking, except for a designated smoking area outdoors at each resort.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Children 12 and older are considered adults according to the resorts. When making a reservation request, please consider any children 12 and older an adult.

Pets

No pets are permitted at any of the resorts.

Reservations

Once you submit a reservation request, we will check availability, and notify you if the requested unit is available. If the unit is available, payment in full will be required at that time.

Beach Resorts in Mexico is a third party agency renting out rooms at the resorts. Once a reservation has been made and paid for, you will be sent a confirmation email from the resort with their contact information, and you will contact the resort directly for any further questions, including adding on all-inclusive, transportation services, room upgrades, or other requests.

Payments

Payments may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (No fee for paying through Venmo or Zelle, 3% processing fee for paying through PayPal).

Additional Fees

No additional taxes or fees required for reservation; however, the resort does charge some fees and taxes upon arrival. For detailed amounts, contact the resort after the reservation has been made.

Check In: 4:00 pm
Check Out: 11:00 am

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled or modified*, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation and change fees:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival date: 5% of reservation
  • 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 1 night + 5% of reservation
  • 14 – 3 days prior to arrival: 2 nights + 5% of reservation
  • Inside 48 hours of arrival: No Refund
  • Holidays: Inside 45 days of arrival: No Refund

*Please note a modification includes a change of dates or unit, and is considered a cancellation of the original reservation. Different dates or units are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Policies

  • Extra bed: No charges apply
  • Crib – No charges apply
  • Self Parking – No charges apply
  • Valet Parking – No charges apply
  • You may not bring the following into the Hotel: pets or livestock; pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding; any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes. The resorts reserve the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action.
  • Air cameras and drones: for the privacy of all guests and staff, the use of air cameras and drones is prohibited for use within any of the areas at the hotels, whether that be at the beach, from your suite or any other location throughout the grounds.
  • Once a reservation has been finalized, Beach Resorts in Mexico has no further involvement in the reservation, unless a cancellation or modification needs to be made. All further communication or requests is between the guest and the resort or concierge directly.
