Two-night minimum, check-in can be any day of the week.*
*Seven-night minimum for holidays, with check-in on Saturday and Sunday only for holidays.
All Inclusive & Other Add Ons
Reservations are for room only. All-inclusive dining can be purchased through the resort after a reservation has been finalized. As of January 1, 2025 the rates for all inclusive at the resorts are $155 per person per day with alcohol, or $135 per person per day without alcohol. These prices are subject to change without notice. For more details about all-inclusive options and what it includes and doesn't include, and to purchase all inclusive options, contact the concierge provided in your confirmation email once your reservation has been confirmed.
Smoking
All of our luxury beach resorts are non-smoking, except for a designated smoking area outdoors at each resort.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 12 and older are considered adults according to the resorts. When making a reservation request, please consider any children 12 and older an adult.
Pets
No pets are permitted at any of the resorts.
Reservations
Once you submit a reservation request, we will check availability, and notify you if the requested unit is available. If the unit is available, deposit* will be required at that time. *See deposit requirements below.
Beach Resorts in Mexico is a third party agency renting out rooms at the resorts. Once a reservation has been made and paid for, you will be sent a confirmation email the resort's contact information, and you will contact the resort directly for any further questions, including adding on all-inclusive, transportation services, room upgrades, or other requests.

Payments may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (additional 3% fee when paying by Paypal).

DEPOSITS
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Balance is due 61 days prior to arrival, non-refundable.
- If reservation is for a holiday, the full amount will be charged at time of booking, non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled or modified*, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation and change fees:
- if cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit paid is non-refundable; no charge for the remaining 50%.
- If cancelled within 61 days of arrival, you are responsible for the remaining balance due and no refunds will be issued.
- If cancelled for a holiday time period, no refund will be issued.
*Please note a modification includes a change of dates or unit, and is considered a cancellation of the original reservation. Different dates or units are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
